The game doesn't save your stats beyond deaths/wins with mods enabled though, even with just an ultrawide fix. I've since removed it though, it's cool to find ways of healing yourself with vanilla mechanics as you get further through the game.Īll-in-all, vanilla and maybe some cosmetics if you feel it are my recommendations as a relatively new player. There's a heart container mod on the workshop that can ease the first levels a bit too enemies have a chance to drop them and they heal 10hp, which sounds like a lot but they're decently rare and don't scale, so that 10hp is irrelevant as you progres and can't really be relied on anyway. Random robe colours is nice if you want a bit of variety to your Noita and maybe glowing heart upgrades too, since they can be hard to learn the spawns of. The only mod I 100% recommend is ultrawide (if you have one). It feels like the game is balanced around having to maybe leave behind a wand with that one spell because you're full up. Good for learning wand building, but I wouldn't rely on it too much! It's a powerful perk that feels good to find naturally, too and there's workarounds to editing when you want as you get a bit more experience, so it's not as amazing as it first seems. Whilst fun and good to learn with, I'd die shortly after because I didn't know anything about the actual enemies I was facing. Over 20 individual issues are addressed by this mod, which is too many to list here in a concise manner. I started with tinker anywhere and regretted it, I spent so much time in between levels just editing. Noita Best Mods Quality of Life Mod Quality of Life is a mod that aims to reduce the unfairness of Noita by changing, adding and nerfing a wide range of enemies and mechanics.
